i. Self-stigma and Internalized Shame

societal prejudices leading to lower self-esteem, limited aspirations, and secrecy.They believe  that there is something wrong with them, reducing hope and making them feel like a burden to others.  This situation promotes self-harm, substance use, and chronic disease.

ii. Social Isolation and Bullying
